lost 28 pounds but having trouble losing more

I have lost 28 pounds but seems like now its a lot harder. I run almost every day but feel I'm not getting anywhere. Any suggestions?

    Current height and weight?

    Also how many calories are you eating a day and do you exercise? If so, how many calories are you burning during your normal exercise?

    change your diet up... clean eating helped me NOTICE the results easier, even if I'm not to my goal weight yet.

    Your body can be getting so used to your workout that it will become harder to lose. I wouldn't say change it, but maybe add in something extra to throw your body off. Like for instance if you don't have equipment or videos add in something like jumping squats, burpees and other things that will help you to keep your body guessing.

    Try implementing some strength training with weights :)
