To live longer and have a better quality of life. To hurt less. To fly on an airplane without needing a seatbelt extension (hey, I may be there, dunno yet). To go skydiving. To have more adventures. To be able to say "I did it!" To be healthy and keep the weight off forever.0

For me when I get in better shape, I want to do the Susan G Coleman's 3 day breast cancer walk. My mom passed of breast cancer and I would like to participate in that walk when I turn 50 (two more years).

To feel comfy in my body again.. I can remember when I lost a bunch of weight a few years ago (25ish kilos) and caught my reflection in a room full of mirrors.. I was wearing a tight singlet top and leggings and I was surprised that I was looking back at a girl who looked really fit and healthy. Can't wait to be that girl again! :bigsmile:0
