Trying to lose that baby weight (and other weight)

So, I have not been successful in weight loss ... EVER! Mostly because I fall off the wagon before I ever start. I mean, I have good intentions but somehow they seem to leave as quick as I start. I started with FitnessPal app about 2 weeks ago and lost 9 pounds already (pat on the back to me). But now am not moving in my weight... even with the activities. I am sure that this will change... just have to hang in there.
I am a mother of 2 boys and have a stay at home husband. I enjoy fishing and outdoor activities in the summer and winter (providing it is not too hot or too cold)
I put on weight before I had my first child. Then I was like 'OK I can lose this weight' but it never happened. When I had my second, the weight stayed right there. To top it off, I am the world's worst procrastinator.
So far, with this program, I have started to lose some weight. I think it's because I am conscienciously thinking and knowing what I am putting in my mouth.

Losing weight is something I've struggled with for years. I had my first child March 2012, and I've not been able to lose the baby weight...or weight in general since I had her. Though now, with some encouragement from a dear friend, and by using MyFitnessPal I notice I've become much more aware of what I'm putting in my mouth. That's apparently the beginning of the long road ahead. I'm not expecting all the extra weight to drop off me quickly, but now I know I'm on the right path.
Just keep it up, and be proud of yourself! :)

It's all the little goals that eventually lead you to the final goal!
