Metabolic Testing?

Today I'm going to the Army Wellness center for a Metabolic Test. What should I expect?

    when i did this they had me breathe into a mouthpiece attached to a machine for about 15 minutes. it was attached to a machine by a long flexible tube. when it was done, the lady discussed results with me. gave me my BF%, BMR, anticipated TDEE, based on my answers to questions and the machine's data. easy peasy lemon squeezy! :)

    Yes. I think it only cost me $20. very different results from the tanita bf scale. the nurse said it was b/c the tanita only measures fat in the legs/lower body. i carry my excess in my gut. The BMR number for both was close to the same...
