Quick Question

I wasn't sure if I should post this in fitness or nutrition, but - should I follow a good work out with a low fat protein shake? Or does too much protein defeat the purpose?
I don't want to loose the muscle, just the fat.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Sandy

I don't know too much about it all, but I always make sure I have protein after doing strength training or the sculpting. Then I just do it depending on what I'm eating that day for my cardio work outs. Like I said, I don't know if this is correct or not, but I don't want to use up all of my calories on protein shakes all the time either!0

I can tell you to NOT get Gatorade Recovery Strawberry/kiwi - it's nasty!0

you should follow it with protein and carbs to replenish what your body lost during the workout. Lately I have been reading that chocolate milk is one of the best post workout drinks due to the type and ballance of protein it contains.0
