So I ran my first 5K on Saturday and my friend took a picture of me. It was amazing to my progress. It's been a long rough road and I've fallen off the wagon many times, but I'm proud of where I'm at right now.

    OMG! You look great! I just signed up for my first 5K in October and it is the Color Me Rad Event! I so nervous and scared but super excited at the same time. I started training today and hope I can get through it! :)

    Wow! looking great and I am sure feeling much better still! I am sure you found the key - yes, you may have those backsliding days. But getting up and going forward - that is what wins. That is part of maintenance too, knowing that today is a new day and you can start afresh.
