Knee Problem.

I used to have a knee problem when I was younger. However it's been a while since I last felt any pain in it. Two years or so. Anyway, now I need to buy an exercising machine. Would you recommend a trademill or a stationary bike?

Instead of a treadmill or a stationary bike, I would recommend a recumbent . I have knee problems, and I find the treadmill and stationary can aggravate the problems sometimes.0

Recumbents are nice as non-weight-bearing exercise goes, I agree with RLT776.0
