Oh my goshers!! You are an inspiration! You look amazing! My hubby and I started COUCH TO 5K but stopped at Week 6 (out of 9) because the field where we ran closed for summer repairs, and I am so self-conscious I would only run there when we were alone. (we'd go around 6:30 pm) So now I am just going to Curves and walking, but your commitment is just amazing! I have a tendency to make excuses, but I am going to use your story to inspire me! Thanks for sharing!!0

your dedication is awesome - - i am hovering around 300 lbs....and have been for awhile. i started at 312 lbs. everyone says when you have more to lose the weight just DROPS OFF. That has not been my experience. Admittedly i need to be better about my eating......but i went from not exercising at ALL - to 4/5 days a week - at 45-75 mins each. I am impressed that you are losing so fast!0

Well done hope you are doing well today. I've just started again this week as managed to put 14lbs on since the beginning of the year. I am swimming 22 miles in my swimming pol for charity over the next 12 weeks and going to the gym once a week with my son. Elaine0
