    Wow first congrats. Next know you are a huge inspiration. I hope to be able to do as well as you some day. At this point I an taking it one day at a time.

    That's all you can do is one day at a time. That is my motto now. Otherwise it feels way too overwhelming to think about all the weight you have to lose. I know when i started i never thought i would get to this point, but i just focused on the small changes. Good luck to you

    Wow!! What a difference! That is a great milestone! We are the only ones who either put large quantities of food in our mouths or not. Support is definitly needed but ultimatly it was all you . You can take credit!! Great job!!
