Two week menu for weight loss

Hey guys, so this is my two week weight loss meal plan for this and next week. I thought I would share it with anyone who is interested. I try to keep all the veggies and fruits organic and yet try to keep the menu on a budget. Please keep in mind that there are some repeats. No dairy is used, only almond milk if needed. The only oils used are olive oil and coconut oil, depending. Just thought I'd share, to give ideas. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear!


B: Oatmeal and fruit
L: Organic Lentil Soup
D: Whole wheat angel hair pasta w/shrimp

B: Spinach egg white omelets
L: Whole wheat Quesadillas w/tomato, pepper, and onion
D: Salmon with asparagus

B:Fruit smoothies (pineapple, mango, and banana)
L: Broccoli and garlic sauteed with brown rice
D: Bean Burgers (pureed beans, bread crumbs, and onion shaped into patties and fried in olive oil)

B: Eggs and salsa
L: Greek Cucumber salad
D: Veggie Burgers on Wheat buns

B: Spinach egg white omelets
L: Boiled chicken with sautéed onion and wild mushroom
D: Steak fajitas

B: Whole wheat Sand dollar pancakes
L: Chopped butternut squash with cinnamon and organic honey
D: Organic Lentil soup

B: Oatmeal and raspberry preserves
L: Vegetarian chili
D: Salmon and Brown rice with cnd tomatoes

B: Breakfast burritos
L: Tuna sandwich on wheat
D:Boiled chicken and sautéed onion

B: Fruit smoothies
L: Bean Burgers
D: Whole wheat pasta with tuna

B: Oatmeal and fruit
L: Homemade Chili with beans and ground lean chicken
D: Baked turkey sausage with chopped cabbage and onion

B: Oatmeal
L: Tuna sandwich on wheat
D: Mediterranean Vegetarian Pizza

B: Eggs
L: Organic Soup
D: Whole wheat pasta with shrimp

B: Scrambled egg whites and spinach
L: Salmon with chopped pepper
D: Veggie Pasta (Gluten-Free Penne with chopped mixed veggies, garlic, onion, and red sauce)

B: Broccoli and Eggs
L: Chopped butternut squash
D: Tacos with ground chicken

    why not kale, swiss chard or even escarole in place of spinach!

    spinach is so over used!

    the lentil soup makes me want some now... :|

    nps :) kale is also more nutrient rich then spinach and there is dif kinds of kale my fav being dino kale
    but braised escarole is pretty close there and can't leave out fall minestrone with swiss chard of course that time of the year is creeping up!

    Thanks for the great ideas, your menu is making me hungry but its 10pm here lol.

    Do you have snacks as well and if so what sort of things.

    I would lose my mind eating on this meal plan, everything is so boring and repetitive. Eating this way is not necessary for weight loss, but do whatever works for you...

    Yes, I do organic granola bars, mandarin oranges, ginger tea and green tea to curb cravings, things like that. Also organic fruit, apples are my favorite. Hope it helps :)

    Lol these are foods I actually enjoy and like to eat. If you don't like it, don't eat it. I'm not recommending everyone do what I do, just sharing for those who are interested..
