Stretching routine for lifters/cyclists?

I used to go the the free yoga class they have every week at my gym, but they switched instructors, and the class no longer really provides what I'm looking for.

I ride my bike for at least an hour on week days (commuting), and try to lift three days a week. I am looking for a simple post-lifting (or off day?) stretching routine that will increase my flexibility, and help with soreness. I'm pretty dang inflexible currently.

Does anybody have any suggestions?
