6 Months (Before & After) -57.5 lbs.

I hope this motivates some people! I started my journey on January 24, 2013. Today it has been 6 months and I am very happy to say I have officially lost 57.5 lbs. It has not been easy but it has been worth every sore muscle, growling stomach, 3 mile walk and the 160 ounces of water I drink daily. I have a great bunch of MFP friends to keep me motivated and I thank every one of you! Below is my before and during. I won't say after because I still have about another 60 lbs. I want to lose.

Wow, just in your face you can see a huge difference. Would love to see a comparison body shot. You should be super proud of yourself. I'm proud of you!!
