New York issue

So I spend a lot of time in New York City, and it is hard for me to track calories for eating out. I have cooked enough to know when something has a lot of fat in it, but I can really only estimate using large chain restaurants as a general standard. Anyone else have this problem?

I can usually estimate based on how full I feel and how many hours until I am very hungry again. I know that if I eat 200 calories, I will be hungry in about 2 hours. You could try to figure that number out for yourself (based on stuff you eat at home). Then, see how long you stay full after a meal out.0
