6 weeks into MFP: before & during (pics)

I wanted to post a few progress photos. I'm only a third of the way to to target weight of 140 lbs., but am pleased with my results so far. I carry my weight in my hips, and generally cannot tell if they are getting smaller. But I think these pics show that I've had some significant progress over the past month or so in both my hips and my back!
Some stats:
SW 200
GW 140
CW 184
I've been eating ~1200-1300 calories per day and trying to exercise at least a little bit every day. I'm mixing together bike riding, 30 day shred (a.k.a circuit training), hiking, and yoga.
You guys have been a great inspiration to me, and I'm so glad I found this wonderful community.
The first photo series is from about 3 weeks ago, and the second is from today.

Wow you're doing great!! I just started this week and am also following the same plan (1200-1300 calories a day w/ some exercise) and this really gives me hope of what to look forward to. Keep up the good work!!0
