    This one kicked my butt into gear about 3 months or so ago. I started going to the gym and pushing myself M-F and haven't missed a day yet!

    Most weight loss/fitness success stories don't start with marathons or 500 calorie diets, they start with a walk every day, or the gym 3 days a week, or cutting out soda. Small steps people! Do it slowly, the right way, the healthy and sustainable way. That is how you win.
