I am falling short in a bad way on:

Cholesterol
Protein
Vitamin A
Camcium

Any recommendations on simple things to eat to increase these?

chicken and fish are great on protein

vitamin A would be to incorporate more veggies or take a supplement

calcium would be to incorporate some dairy or nut milks, or take a supplement

eggs are good for cholesterol - maybe Google other foods that are as well>

Sometimes it won't say the iron and calcium content on boxes and packages, so people forget to put them in when they put that food in the data base.

Sometimes I'll eat a yogurt or something and it will show up on this site as containing 0% of my RDA for calcium. I just double check elsewhere on the internet and edit the item in the database where necessary.

This COULD be what's happening to you.

What are you eating? Vitamin A is in almost everything. Usually carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes have a lot of beta-caratine (spelling?) that changes into vitamin A.

You could take a multi-vitamin. It's a radical approach, but that's the way I am. I throw caution to the wind and do whatever the **** I want. Don't try to tame me.

Eggs, dairy, carrots. Really simple, actually, not even sure why advice was needed.

I'm pretty sure that such an abuse of caution is a bannable offense
