Does looking at recipes and food pictures when hungry help burn any additional calories? It just seems that my cravings and hunger pains are more pronounced if I am discussing food. I was hoping that the additional effort to resist a binge somehow translated into more calories burned off.

Oh that's awesome, I'll put a couple in front of the tv & then I can build muscle without any effort at all, while I'm watching tv - woohoo!!
