What is your weight loss goal? How tall are you? What was your starting weight, current weight, & goal weight?

5ft, 6 in, female, 34 years old, mom of three whacky kids
Goal: 135
SW 170s (first time I weighed in was with clothes on, so I don't have a very accurate starting weight)
CW 125ish, have been in maintenance for several months now and fluctuate between 124-127lbs
Plan I followed: alternate day intermittent fasting for weight loss; maintenance has been a hodgepodge of experimenting with different ways of eating. Currently transitioning to a whole foods, plant based diet and so far I'm totally loving it!0 -

The goal is sort of more arbitrary for me. My issue is that I cant do the things I like. if I caould do them at my current weight I wouldnt mind the size. But the size is whats holding me back from hiking, kayaking, bungee jumping, amusement park rides, etc. So I want to get slimmer and stronger to be able to do those things. If that comes at 300lbs then Ill be good, but I am gonna guess it wont exactly happen til about 175. So 200 is the long term goal.0 -

14% bodyfat which is preferably where I wish to remain. Would like to get down to 133-135, but not overly fussed about it.
My primary goal right now is being as fit as I possibly can be, within the limitations of having COPD and improving my boxing.0 -

probably should be less, but I am happy. I am 60 and my legs are not skinny so I wear size 10 and 12, ok with me, sure better than over 200 and wearing 16 which was 2 years ago0
