I would love to do this. I am quite nervous because this is my 3rd major time trying to get to goal weight. I've gotten close 2 times before, but never actually there. This time around it's been harder to get started and harder to stay motivated. I will need lots of support to keep going.0

It's 2013 and I don't know if this challenge exists since it was started in 2011.. however, I need to lose 50. I'm currently 182.. My min weight should be 115 and my max 150.
I can't do this alone.. I don't know why.. I'm older and the weight isn't coming off as easy after I had my first child.

I'm so in! I have lost 27 and have another 100 to go. I've learned that I eat to numb my emotions, and now that I am not doing that, I have really been struggling dealing with all of the sensory overload. I can really use the motivation and support. Thanks is for the challenge!0

I'm so in! Friend me yall. I'm interested in seeing what works for yall...exercise and logging. My current goal is to do a morning workbou, min 30 minutes. I was trying two work outs a day and burned out fairly quickly. My goal is to drop 50 by November. Bday present to myself. I have been struggling for two years now!!! Lets do this!!!!0
