One thing that motivates me is reading other people's food diaries. It gives me an idea of what I should be eating and how much! So if you have an open diary...please add me. Let's help each other out! Whattayasay?

Don't base what or how much you should eat off somebody elses diary. We are all unique and have our own calorie needs. You might get some food ideas but really, eat what you like as long as you stay in YOUR budget.0

I disagree, Mokey41. Sometimes I run out of choices or ideas when planning ahead of time on what to eat and reading other people's diaries helps and motivates me.0

I like to look at others' diaries, too. I just find it interesting, and it gives me ideas, and reminds me that there is no ONE way to eat well. You may add me if you like. Mine is open0

I like to look at other peoples diaries too. I run out of ideas or what to eat and get bored with the same old things so I like to look at others people diaries for new ideas. Feel free to add me. My diary is always open0

Yes. I understand. I like to check other people's diaries also. It does help and its not like you are basing your calories from there diary, it is just a way to see other ways of getting good calories. I sent a request.0

You can certainly add me. However, do not look at this week (or the next few weeks). I'm on a 4 week Cyclical Ketogenic diet, which is not something you want to try, at least without much consideration, reading, planning, and probably a consult from your doctor for their blessing. I am taking it to the nth degree, getting carbs excessively low, eating protein about 09.g/pounds and the rest of fat. How low are the carbs? I've had 46 grams of carbs. Since Sunday. Total.
However, before Sunday, when I started this diet, my diaries are quite typical and average. So add me if you want. Or you could just look at them because they are public.0 -

I have sent you a friend request, though my food is pretty simplistic or have had to break down what I am eating into it's component parts for entry to get calorie read on it.0

I keep my diary open as accountability to myself. No shame. I've hidden food a lot in my life, this is one place I won't do it. Feel free to take a look and add me if you'd like.0
