    The number was something I really wanted to see, but now I have decided a goal number is not so important as inches and looking leaner
    GW: 150-155 or just to fit in a size 11 comfortably with no muffin top. I can get in them that is a big accomplishment but I don't feel like I am rocking them yet :smile:

    SW: 300(Jun 2013) - Not 100% sure what my starting weight was due to broken scale..but I figured number was pretty close.

    Once I get closer to my goals, I will re-evaluate my goals to figure out what the next step for me is.

    I'm 5'5.5" My long term goal is 100 lbs off in one year. My short term goals are 10 lbs off a month.
    My starting and current weight are 260 at a US size 18, my goal weight is 160.

    Started April 9, 2013 (for the last and final time)

    Starting weight: 251.6
    Current weight: 204.6
    Goal weight: 175ish (will depend on how I look/feel)

    45 lbs since april?! Great job! Whats your diet plan?

    I don't really have a plan. Just eat healthier stuff. I just exercise a lot lately. Mainly biking. Try to do 10-15 miles per day and go to the gym 4 times per week. I don't put much thought into it. Sometimes I'm negative calories. Sometimes I eat exercise calories back. Sometimes I don't.

    I follow the wisdom of Woody Harrelson in "Friends with Benefits"...

    "You wanna lose weight? Stop eating, fattie" (That's directed at me and just a joke so no one get offended please) :)

    And if you want to see my diary, add me as a friend ;)

    I have a photo of dr.phil on my fridge, that says "You're fat! And dont try to sugar coat it because you'll eat that too." So no offence taken. Haha. Such a simple plan. Love it.

    5'8", 23 years old.

    Started: I don't know the exact date. I'm guessing age 15 or 16

    SW: 235lbs (I had to keep starting over because I lost tract and gain some weight back.)
    SW: 220lbs
    CW: 194 (last week gained 3 pounds probably water weight. I was 191lbs. I don't know what I am now.)
    GW: 160-155lbs. I'm not worried about the scale or anything. I just need to focus on toning up and stuff.

    Began my journey January 5th 2012

    SW: 72kg - 158.4lbs
    CW: 56.3kg - 123.9lbs
    GW: ???????

    My original GW was 60kg - 132lbs, wasn't happy, so I set it to 57kg - 125.4lbs and still wasn't quite there or happy yet, now I am closing in on 56kg and still got work to do!

    I am currently on a mission to continue losing body fat and gain more muscle MASS and definition, so I don't care if I gain weight as long as it's muscle and I can SEE them :)

    This current effort (there have been many!):
    SW: 188
    CW: 128 (have been re-adjusting my "goal" weight as I have achieved weight/fitness goals over the last year or so)
    GW: Not entirely sure, but maybe 120-125. I'm focusing more on strengthing/toning/weight conditioning now, so hope to gain more muscle.

    I have quite a ways to go! I'm trying to lose fat ans gain muscle, so I don't have much of a goal weight. I figure I have another 15-20lbs to lose.

    1st GW: 175 - then I'll see how I'm doing and decide how much more if any I hope to lose. For me it's not just what the scale says, it's what I look like. I realize the scale will always be higher than I'd like to see because of my body composition. This has been difficult to accept but I'm getting there.
