Thanks for the new esercise. I did the 3/10 as suggested. My form was no where near perfect, but I'll keep working on it. I have decidedbmy next goal is to do a handstand, so I need the strength & flexibility in my shoulders that this exercise should help build.0

Considering I can't do normal push ups - I'll have to pass
