                    ... then you should probably make the salad I just made for lunch.. omg: DELICIOUS! and, my mouth is on fire and i am loving it
Spicy Southwestern Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/4 chopped red onion
1/4 chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup sweet corn
1/4 cup black beans
jalapeño slices (i used about 8)
approximately 6-7 crumbled baked! scoops
3 tbsp. HOT salsa
2 tbsp. light sour cream (i put this on the side and used it when my mouth couldn't take the heat anymore!)
mix together and enjoy!!! - note: this salad is HUUUUUUGE! it really fills you up
