I pretty much fall in line with many members - trying to shed fat while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
I used to train in brazilian jiu jitsu and muay thai, but recently got caught up with work and didn't find the time to train. I have a corporate gym that's 30 seconds from my desk, so I don't have any excuses. I'm looking forward to continuously log in my fitness data into the app and interact with the MyFitnessPal community.
