Dying to know how to do a reverse image search. Imagine all the catfishers you could catch!0

My Spidey Sense tingling tells me that the "fat-is-on-par-withn-word" lady was actually Tae Bo's biggest cheerleader, and champion of copy paper lifting.
You can take that to the bank and put it in your pipe and smoke it and count on it.0 -
I can usually tell without searching the image. It's what they say and how they say it.
you're like a jedi with this stuff....i need to sit back and learn from you.
i will likely be consulting you on all future outbursts that i have prepared in response to a ridiculous thread.
had i done this prior to responding to the "fat is the new n-word" or whatever thread, i would have saved myself the humiliation (which is grave btw).
I have seen some excellent trolls...on other sites. Not this one. The trolls here are rookies.0 -
But what would be the fun in that?0
-
Sometimes it's not the trolls that people like to engage but the people who make ridiculous troll replies knowing it's a troll post.... meta trolls. I like to play with meta trolls. :laugh:0

No seriously, what's a troll? I thought this was chit-cha, fun and games!0

Go to Google, Click on Image, then click on the camera icon, then search the photo you want to search by uploading it (you need to save the photo first).0 -
Maybe it is that we can spot the trollz peeps, but we find the thread entertaining.
there's a thread "being called fat is as bad as being called the n word" going on right now, I should be one of the first one offended
but
it's friday afternoon, I'm bored at work, most of the websites are blocked, so I enjoy those threads. it's entertaining. it's harmless. and there's air popped popcorn in the vending machine. 100-cal a bag plus veggies and cheese. I'm living the life.
I'm waiting for them to put wine in the vending machines too.
Pass the popcorn!! I love the troll posts at work too!!0 -

I like a good interactive troll. The ones who post once or twice and then leave thread are no fun.0 -

Or just drag the image from one page over to Google Images. Just need to have two tabs or windows open. It's like magic. Try it.0 -

Yeah, it's a good pastime for a Friday afternoon.
I have to say I am impressed with the amount of hard work that these people go through to get their entertainment. Setting up a complete profile, filling in a diary going at least a week back...
Can you imagine how productive the world economy would be if people actually WORKED on Fridays instead of setting up sock puppet acc'ts on MFP? We would have world peace and prosperity already.
well, I meant, just going through the threads and reading everyone's post is entertaining. I'd be a lame troll. like, I'd post a "y'all ugly on here" thread or something.
I'm in for entertainment too!0 -

This is great!!! I pay the trolls no attention... They can keep their nasty little selves clueless and in the dark..0 -
I'm frequently amazed at how far a troll can get on these message boards. Create a new account, grab any old pic of the Internet and say something inflammatory...sit back while the clueless rant and rave.
I have no idea what is so entertaining about doing this, but it's done here many times a day, that I notice.
One of the easiest ways of spotting a troll is to use a reverse image search. With a reverse image search, you can find everywhere on the Internet that any particular image is used. So, when you check out a profile pic and find that it actually belongs to a fitness model, a porn star, or some misc. chick from a site about home wreckers (I've seen all of these recently) you can be pretty sure the person is a troll.
Now, I'm not saying I've never been fooled, but a huge number of trolls can be weeded out by this one simple method.
Maybe we need a topic here on how to spot a troll and what to do when you do.0 -

i had a thought. I would be willing to bet these cases rise in the summer time when kiddies are on break, and decline when they go back to school. More research is needed.
Impossible.

One got me! I realized she was a damn troll when I saw her caloric intake was 3,000+ and the type of crap she was eating daily. Lots of fast food.. STUFF I would not ever touch LOL.
In that case, if you look at my diary, you'll probably call me a "troll".

You have been on MFP since January and have posted 2,700+ times, and you have no clue what a troll is? Hmmm...ok.0 -
