    Huh!! Am really watching that scale like a Hawk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Hope it will work soon....But i would prefer to get into better shape rather than watching that stupid scale and expecting to loose in pounds!!!

    Why would you sit around continuing to do the same thing with no results? Make small adjustments until you get results.

    actually i am confused to make changes i gues!! i had done all that i was able to..jillian's 30 DS is a change!! lets c...if it works!!
