Whelp, I've overtrained, I generally cross train and/or run the equivalent of 9-10 miles, plus strength training.
I need to cut back. I can't sleep, I'm getting flabby, and I crave junk food to the point where I can't resist it.

So...here's my schedule for the week.
1800 clean calories a day, btw, I'm 5'7" and my body media device suggests I burn 3100 average a day and eat 2100.

Sunday: Bob Harper Yoga X
Monday: Bob Harper Pure Cardi
Tuesday 7 miles, Bob abs
Wednesday: Total Transformation
Thursday: Insanity Max Cardio Circuit
Friday: Bob Harper Ultimate workout
Saturday: 10 mile run ( I'd miss running too much)
Sunday: yoga x
Thoughts?

You need rest days for your body to rebuild the muscle you work. Otherwise, you'll be losing them and that can account for the flabbiness.

Nothing wrong with the type of workouts you mention but I'd also suggest at least one rest day. You look great in your pic so one rest day will benefit you.
