Biking topic need some help please!!

Hello, I am 129lbs and im trying to lose 13lbs and i have a questain about my stationary bike
I can bike for minutes 25 minutes and burn 125 calories so if i do this for an hour i would burn 500 calories and i plan to do this two times a day morning and night and im just wondering if it would be effective other than that i eat completely clean like no processed food no sodas no baked goods and bread just fruits vegetables and meat and eggs and beans
just looking for some opinions on what I should do(:
