    I don't have a goal weight in mind, at the moment.
    I'd love to get somewhere between 180-190, which was my lowest adult weight 7 years ago.

    Heaviest ever: 205lbs (or thereabouts, I stopped weighing myself when I saw that number)
    Lightest ever: 97lbs
    Goal weight: 145lbs or a nicely toned 28" waist...whichever happens first.

    At 22 years old, I had what I call a second puberty. Before then I consistently weighed anywhere from 97-105lbs.I had a nicely rounded *kitten* (I still do), a TINY elf-like body with no other curves to speak of plus bee stings for boobs (I was a AA-32). I was all muscle with very little body fat.

    Then along came 22 years old and the discovery that I was hyperglycemic (they use the term pre-diabetic now). I was told to eat 5 meals a day, but given no food suggestions or portion sizes or any info on what hyperglycemia even was. My activity level suffered from being in school and the combination just seemed to cause my metabolism to plummet. I gained 40lbs in less than 6 months.

    Not only did I gain lbs, I also grew 3/4" and my bones shifted...I suddenly had hips and shoulders with an hour glass figure and my boobs went from bee stings to a very full B-36. I just slowly kept gaining weight from then on and stayed around the 170-180lb mark for a very long time. Due to yet more medical hoopla, in the last 2 years I actually starting LOOKING overweight and I passed the 200 mark in Jan. of this year and had an epiphany that completely changed how I view my health and started this journey.

    Now I doubt I could go back to being the weight I was pre-22. I just don't have the same figure. Besides, I wouldn't WANT to weigh that little again...I love my curves!

    My heaviest is 227.5. After a long time of basically backsliding, I had gotten close to getting there again (222.5). I'm back at it again and I am at 219 as of this Friday.

    my heaviest was February 22nd this year i was
    Weight 245lbs (111kgs)
    Body Fat - 42%
    one step away from a stroke or heart attack with Level 2 Hypertension diagnosed 3 weeks later

    currently
    Weight - 195.5lbs (88.7Kgs)
    Body Fat - 27.7%
    Blood pressure under control.

    all strictly from diet and exercise 5-7hrs a week (Cardio, Core and Weights), cutting out junk food, soft drinks/cordial and cutting back considerably on coffee

    Goal weight - 169lbs (77Kg's)
    Goal Body Fat - 18%

    all while retaining as much muscle as i can and keep toned, so far it's been a rollercoaster but generaly nothing but good, haven't gained back anything significant and there's definate toning in the visible muscles and a large deficit in the abdomen
