New to My Fitness Pal.

Hi everyone,

I recently joined Myfitnesspal and I need help understanding why my carbs always seem to be so high? I also saw somewhere that I should changed my goals for the "macros" Lastly, how can I up my protein??? I'd like to see it higher than 20% I hope this brief post makes sense. I want to be sure that I utilizing this app to the fullest! Thanks in advance! :smile:
