100 lbs in 74 Weeks....doable?

Do you think with regular exercise (three days a week at least) and staying within calorie budget that losing 100 pounds in 74 weeks doable?

Yes. Unless my math is wrong, that's just a little over a pound a week (1.35), which is a perfectly safe and healthy rate to lose. Good luck!0

I would think so. I've lost over 100lbs all up (my counter doesn't quite reflect this as I gained some back, doh!) but it took me 14 months.0
