Chips, particularly Utz sour cream and onion- even when I stop myself before I want to, I look into the bag and think "what the F? how did I do that?" And mint milano cookies. And girl scout cookies. ****, any cookie really. It's just easier not to have that stuff in the house. I do keep some dark chocolate ( i LOVE Ghirardelli's intense dark sea salt soiree) in the house, as well as starlight peppermint candies for when I have a sweet craving.0

I haven't had a bag of cheetos puffs since starting MFP. I can't stop at just one. I love it when that cheese powder gets on my fingers. I haven't had oreos either. I can't eat just one or two. No. I have to have 6. So that's gone too. Can't have Ritz crackers. Will eat the whole roll. And I can't have M&M's. Chocolate does something to my brain and just makes me want more and more.
At least I know to stay away from these foods. I know it takes control and I can eat these foods if I go easy but I have no control once I start. Sucks. I really want some cheetos.
Anyone else have to omit a certain food completely?
Cakes and chocolate bars for me, if I start, I find it incredibly difficult to stop. I can do without that struggle everytime, I just don't start lol0 -
Tortilla chips and hot salsa....once I start I can't stop. A few isn't too bad for you, but that sodium sure does add up and quick! I guess I should just say Mexican food in general. It all poses a threat of drastic over-eating for me, haha.0
