Entering in work calories.

Ok, so I work at a bank full time so 5 days a week I would say my job qualifies me as sedentary. But, on the weekends I work part-time in various retail stores as a brand rep. That has me on my feet walking around for anywhere from 5-7 hours each day on Saturday and Sunday.

My question is would you enter in some calories for exercise for all of that extra walking on those 2 days? Normally I won’t enter in exercise for calories for anything non-workout (i.e. mowing the grass). It just seems with how long i am on my feet and how much I really am moving that I should take those calories in to account.

Personally I wouldn't. Work is work, exercise is exercise.

I'd keep everything as it is and not log any for walking around.

If your moving alot try an app like runkeeper to track calories burned, if it's just that your on your feet I wouldn't bother. I do for mowing because I push mow over an acre of land that is hilly, none of it is flat so it is a workout but on days I mow I don't do more than one workout on my treadmill.

I would use lightly active for your NEAT setting for MFP, but don't log it as exercise.
