I am looking for friends, new to this MFP, done the iPhone app for 2 weeks and found my one friend to be motivational.
discovered this website today.

I am 59, and when i retired from work, i agained a lot of weight. So now I have to lose,

like to have friends, whether you are consistent or not, does not matter to me.

Just knowing i am not alone helps me a lot,

    I'm 63, retired in 2009, and that's when all hell broke loose with my weight.. I thought I was supposed to have LESS money to buy junk since I wasn't working. But not working was probably it.
