The August Challenge.....
Walk, Jog, and/ or Run 50 miles. (or 60 miles if you are up for it )
Return to this thread and update you mileage daily or weekly, whatever works for you.
Feel free to join this thread even if its the middle of the month... the more the merrier.

I'm in for this as I have to run a 10k in October and don't do much running so 50 miles will work well for me! Good luck everyone.0

Technically it's 96.56 or something. Just round it up to 97 tho!0 -
I"m in! I generally get in 1-2miles a day due to the type of work I do, so I'llgo for an additional 1-2 a day in some other form of activity:)0

I'm in I've been trying to get myself to jog and run more so this should be good motivation. I'm going to try to go above and beyond the goal0

I'm in! I'm dog-sitting and I won't have a dog to walk after the first week of August, but my walking group starts up again mid-month.0
