The August Challenge.....


Walk, Jog, and/ or Run 50 miles. (or 60 miles if you are up for it )


Return to this thread and update you mileage daily or weekly, whatever works for you.


Feel free to join this thread even if its the middle of the month... the more the merrier.

    Thanks for converting it. I use metric too, count me in.
  • I'm in for this as I have to run a 10k in October and don't do much running so 50 miles will work well for me! Good luck everyone.

    Technically it's 96.56 or something. Just round it up to 97 tho!

    I"m in! I generally get in 1-2miles a day due to the type of work I do, so I'llgo for an additional 1-2 a day in some other form of activity:)
