I know, in addition to not going parallel, something in the guy's form looks off to me. The dog, though, looks fantastic. He even does a little dance in between reps. Pup's got it going on.0 -

ohhhh the more i hear about free weights the more i wanna do them!!! 2 weeks and im making that damn trainer teach me how to!!! i have a program doing machines.. which i've noticed muscles:) and ive been able to up my leg press to 65 kgs
boyfriend says my *kitten* looks perkier
cant wait to do some serious lifting!!!

1) CONGRATS! I just keep looking at your pictures and it appears to be more of a mind trick that there's barely any difference in weight on the scale. You seriously look like you lost 20 lbs in the pictures, and completely sexy. Gives me hope. I bet you are turning heads left and right and all the way around
2) I know this is your success story, but you have me incredibly interested. May I ask what moves exactly you did and the length of time it took between the 1st and the 2nd picture? If you added things, started out with things and realized little effect. I guess I'd just like to hear more of the background story so I can start somewhere and hope that I look half as good0 -
Turned up the exposure on the first pic and I gotta say....I thought it was only noticable naked but nope...yay for *kitten* no longer folding onto my legs.

And this is why our hips sometimes increase in size while losing weight...my *kitten* decided to move up in the world. It may take up less space, but it's up higher and firmer which makes it show up on the measuring tape in places it wasn't before.0 -
This thread made me book an appointment with a trainer this morning to learn the right and wrong ways to lift. Starting Monday it on!
