Beginners Challenge.... 50 miles in August

            I'm in.for ~50miles - 80Km running.
I will be doing Insanity month 2 on top of it though, so I just hope to make it through the month alive lol
Plus I have my first 5k at the end of August :P0 - 
            I wanna do this! However, if I keep jogging every day on the treadmill like I have, 50 would be super easy for me. I want to set my goal a little higher, to encourage me to go every day! I hope nobody minds, since that's not the actual goal.

I'm going to set my sight on 120 miles. I want to do at least 4 miles a day!

            I need something to get me motivated and back in the game, so why not? I'll go for 50, but if I am feeling super motivated I'll just take it further.

            Being new this, I think I will try this! Does an exercise bike count. I try to ride it every morning before I get ready for work. I try to ride for 30 min.0
