Why Make Threads To Whine About People?

No matter where you go, on any site, you always get wannabe smart *kitten* idiots that single other people out for something as trivial as spelling, wording, etc.

If someone mixes up the words "loose" or "lose" you can still workout what the comment was about. This is MFP, it's not monitored under regulations by MENSA, geniuses that also have a fetish for calorie counting. If someone wants to word their weight loss experience as a "journey" they should be able to, without forum hermits, that hang out on the site all day whinging about it.

To be fair, if you have enough time on your hands to scroll threads, note typo's and wording, then regurgitate some negative, self righteous BS, then you need a new hobby.

*rant over*

............. awaits backlash

    That's the irony of it.

Apparently, if a bloke rants, it upsets people.

I like trying new things out.

I'm going to wait a while, then start saying things like "journey" and "starvation mode" then hopefully someone will come and tell me what a moron I am!

I could even start spelling words wrong, then things will really get out of hand.

I should rush to make another thread now, about your spelling. You have offended my MFP forum experience, and I should go and vent my frustration to the rest of the users, in the hope that they agree with me >.<

I even punctuate text messages properly and rarely shorten/ abbreviate words. With that being said, I don't care what others do or how they write because life has much better things to worry about.

OK. I'll look for a good meme/gif (with a hard G) to be agreeable with.

    I agree

It's I like post something up about fruit, and you get some dullard post something unrelated and unhelpful about spelling or wording.

I'm a fan of the tv show Hannibal, therefore, politeness is necessary. Otherwise you may end up being served as veal...

I watched an episode of Hannibal last week. It wasn't quite what I expected. Much prefer Hopkins role as Hannibal (Y)

I like the idea of gift wrapping my face. It could be one of those overly romantic gestures one makes to his GF, that would make onlookers feel awkward.

Perhaps I should remove the hat and put a big blue ribbon on my forehead?

Hmm, I like both. Hopkin's did a good job as 'post capture' Hannibal, flaunting what he is, but Mad's has accomplished creating a character who is beautifully two sided, depending on who can see him. He seems like a charming fellow, aside from being a cannibalistic serial killer...Also, cannibal puns never get old.

Whoever said cannibalistic serial killers weren't charming? I always found inspiration from such people.

Oh I like you! Indeed, the more charm a man has, the more likely I am to arm myself. Or perhaps that's just around humans in general?

    Probably just humans.

I find the language barrier gets in the way of extraterrestrial beings.

I'm kind of disappointed now. I live for snarky comments, as well as cannibalistic serial killers.

I've learnt a lot about myself today.
