Fat percentage of calories

Hi,

Does anyone know how to get the fat percentage of calories out of these following values?

This morning exercise
Duration 00:43:20
avg HR 121
max HR 145
Calories 199 kcal
Fat burn 00:36:18
Fitness 00:05:54

I thought maybe this operation works (fat bur duration/whole duration * 100) i.e 83.75 %
It makes sense to me, but I'm not sure if its a correct assumption xD

Any insight is appreciated :)

    Hiya,
That is all bit too technical for me, but you could start tracking your BMI or Body Fat % on a weekly basis rather than just weight, there are some scales out there that do it?! :)
  • Hi

I tried the BMI and BMR that's on this site. Does it keep the logs or should I write it down?

83.75% of time you were in fat burning zone, burning 85% of cals from fat. Soooo
    199 x 83.75% x 85% = 142 cals from fat.
