"Being professional" rant

Non fitness / health related but...

As a professional, when you say you're going to "be here at 12 o'clock noon" you should be here preferably at 11:45am. Not 12:30pm, Not 1, 2 or 3pm.

    My dad raised me to always be early. No excuses. Being late is the ultimate disrespect. As a result, tardy people are a huge pet peeve of mine.

    Ha, one of my instructors used to say if you are 10 minutes early you are already 5 minutes late.

    I'm not. But then again, my profession gives me an automatic excuse. I can't follow a strict schedule.
