I have been here since Jan and love it. I am trying to loose 100 lbs + and I am on my way. I started in Oct of last year but didn't find MFP until Jan. Please feel free to add me, ( that goes to everyone ) but understand that if you do not log in for 3 days ( unless you post you are going away or are ill), I will boot you from my list . I try to give everyone of my friends positive comments and sometimes I will question your choices if it causes to much sodium or not enough water. I try to eat things that I will continue to do after I reach my goal so I use portion control and exercise to continue to loose. Good Luck on your journey to better living and welcome to MFP.0

Mine is open if anyone wants to add me and chat. I enjoy beer and cheese (and fries—my nemesis) now and then, but most of my entries are loaded with lean meats and veggies. I don't follow any particular diet except for trying to eat fresh, be full of delicious food (not starving!) and around 1200 calories. You'll see that I am under pretty far some days because I'm an exercise nut, but you don't have to be a distance runner to lose weight.
I've lost about 25 pounds total and am just about done trying to lose, but it's nice to have like-minded e-friends.0 -

Is everyone finding the plan easy to follow? I tried to follow weight watchers last year but have resorted back to calorie counting which I am far more familiar with.
