Baked Chicken: I'll prep it with an olive oil/salt/pepper/garlic rub
Sweet Potato: I'll bake and eat half with a spoon full (or two) of plain greek yogurt
Side salad: Spinach, Shredded carrots, homemade tahini dressing, and pumpkin seeds

I may also eat a serving of butter beans because I'm craving them. :)

Apparently a banquet pot pie because that is what was cooked when I got home. I guess it could be worse.
  • A giant bowl of field greens, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers from my garden, a ton of chicken breast and a jalapeno peach balsamic I whipped up.

    For desert - wine.
