First one I saw having pork, same as us. We are having grilled pork chops, brown wild rice, grilled fresh pinapple, peppers, onions and mushrooms on skewer with heinz 57 sauce, and watermelon.0 -
If I get home before 8:30 then Baked talpia in dry white wine with lemon and garlic. Broccoli. After 8:30 then peanut butter on a spoon.0

Salad: baby spinach & butter lettuces with (cold) grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, a few candied walnuts and pomegranate blueberry vinaigrette dressing. So refreshing and "cool" on a hot day!0

I love working from home, I can afford to slow-smoke food on weekdays.

Baked Chicken: I'll prep it with an olive oil/salt/pepper/garlic rub
Sweet Potato: I'll bake and eat half with a spoon full (or two) of plain greek yogurt
Side salad: Spinach, Shredded carrots, homemade tahini dressing, and pumpkin seeds
I may also eat a serving of butter beans because I'm craving them.0 -
