but i have a hard time understand the "net" calories...at the end of the day do i want it to be in the negative?

after i exercise & burn around 750 calories from it..how much of that should i eat back? according to my charts..i'm technically only eating 200 calories a day because i've been burning so much...i am so confused.

I aim to net at least 1300 a day. That means my body has at least 1300 left over to perform it's normal daily functions, after all that exercise.

see my net is only 300, today...but i mean, i'm not hungry, i feel fine & functionable, so i'm not sure if i just keep this up & doing what my body feels okay with or what

Your net should be your calorie goal...so its what you ate minus what you burned. If you're in negative or very small numbers for your net you are risking your health as well as potentially make it harder to lose weight. Please read up on how MFP works.

You want it to be apx. where your calorie goal is. You should be eating at least 1,200 a day though, just to keep your body going. You don't have to eat back everything that you burned, but make sure you are eating. If you have MFP set to lose a pound per week that will make sure you have the proper deficit.
