I think any woman who has been working on changing her size might like to check this out.. I read so often women commenting 'I can't see myself any different...' here, but I found this super useful because for me, i never could figure out how I compare to other people when looking at them! So hopefully this helps someone else too

I am 12.5% smaller than I think. and I guess I am an hour glass shape. always thought I was just a big blob of human.0

I tried the site and was very surprised (and disappointed) with myself. I saw myself as much larger than what the site showed me (I was off by about 5 body sizes). It made me realize that I have to take a much closer look at myself and to stop being so hard and critical on myself.

you are 17.5% smaller than you think you are. I used my measurements taken just now but I also have jeans and shirts on so could even be more I dropped 4 1/2 ladies to what I thought.0 -

Glad to see I'm not the only one seeing myself in a distorted view! It only goes to show we are often in our heads about our weight loss.
