I will begin with this challenge although I m on vacations and is a time at which many nourishing disorders become. But I do my greater effort in eating healthfully and exercising to me daily. God helps me to obtain it, I I am super positive in obtaining it. I think that it is the moment for seeing how great and strong it is my force of will to obtain my goal.
