Time to Come Back

Being a type 2 diabetic, I realized I really need to be active again and ditch the fast food I often eat during the week. So I decided to go back to writing down everything I eat and exercise more. I am determined to lose weight and for now my goal is to lose 20 pounds. My true goal would be to lose a total of 50 pounds but I'll settle for the 20 now.
I may need encouragement from time to time so I am hoping I'll get it here.

Maybe read Neale Bernard's Program for Reversing Diabetes. I found the book to be relevant for anyone looking to get healthy. Might be really good for you to familiarize yourself with the book.
At any rate, welcome back to MFP! Now is always the perfect time to come back.
