    Lol I can't speak for how ladies feel, but I for one find my girlfriend to be sexiest while lifting-the sweaty red-faced look suits her :laugh:

    I had this conversation over dinner tonight. My boyfriend was convinced the waiter was checking me out and I pointed out that I had lifted today and sweated off half my makeup which I did not re-apply (I do not do a full face wash when I have to go back to work because then I have to wash my hair and it's a half hour process. Yes, I do shower after working out.). I then proceeded to tell him how no one hits on me at the gym because a woman who is working out - I mean REALLY working out! - is not all that attractive. I get red-faced, sweat buckets and grunt like a pig! His response? "You have no idea what's sexy to a man!" :noway:

    I mean. I get full on teeth bared, grunt noises, ugly faced when I lift. But, when you get down to it, getting all sweaty and so into something you make stupid noises and stupid faces...? Is exactly the kind of state a man who is attracted to you would want you in.

    Actually, when I am lifting and I see my muscles in the mirror in the weight room...I look sexy as hell.
