I have a real thing for Russian and Dutch accents and it doesn't matter that unless they are speaking English I haven't a clue what they are saying !

Oh and Neil Oliver (Scottish Historian) could read me the back of a cereal box and I would be quite happy

Tom Hardy's accent!! And most Southern guys from Oklahoma or Virgina. I don't know if there's a major difference but it makes me melt.

I love a southern accent. Especially from Georgia. I do love the New England accent too. Especially on a guy. It's sexy! I love Eastern European accents on women. I'm living in Hawaii now, so I'm getting more familiar with Asian accents as well. I never got much of a chance in the Midwest! I love Japanese and Thai accents. And food. And people. They're really friendly! :D I've always been a fan of the Turkish and Moroccan accents. So pretty.

I'm an American living in England, and get complimented on my accent all the time. The funny thing is, I don't think you stop to think about your own accent until you're around people with a different one who notice and point it out. I never even felt I *had* an accent - just generic, midwest, newsreader accent. But there you go.

The Northern England accent just fills me with glee for some reason. :D

    LOL @ "British".......

I'm in England. I could give you a load of accents that grind on me but there are a few that I do like.

I like Scottish from around the Edinburgh side (rather than Glaswegian).

In terms of European accents I love people speaking English with a Spanish accent. Or Eastern European accent e.g. Romania, Lithuania, etc
