Just a fun thread. I know a lot of you strength train so post up your bench press, deadlift, squat and shoulder press weights. Photos of you in action win extra internet points. :) (Photos not necessary - I've already creeped in your profile. )

I'm certain I'm not the strongest, and I don't do much of what you mentioned, but I do rock climb. I can do 2-3 (depending on the day) pull-ups in a row from a dead hang and I can climb on the ceiling. (Check my photos for proof.) Does that count for anything?

Ugh. That route's horrible. I hate long overhangs. But you rock!

Hehe, thanks!! It's a 5.10, which always means big jugs on the roof. I hate going from the wall to the roof, that moment when you're definitely going to take a hell of long, fast fall and slam into the wall if you miss the clip. I haven't done it yet (knock on wood), but it always freaks me out!

Wow, just saw your new pic and you're looking amazing!

Chris, she certainly looks great but then she has you to help her out Wish I had a husband that lifts so I could learn and watch.

I actually might be the "strongest" woman on MFP or the planet (it depends upon your criteria/definition)- why me? because I recently went home to the US (from Belgium) with 30 boxes of Neuhaus Belgian chocolate and, not only did I haul that stuff, I also did not eat a single piece of chocolate (not even a bite) - and I LOVE chocolate- thus, as you see, depending upon your definintion- I may just be the strongest one here

Now, if you mean muscle strength - well then I know an 80 year old woman at the pool who is recovering from a stroke who has me well and truly beat!

Any woman who ditches convention of high reps low weight is more than strong enough on the inside regardless of the weight they move on the outside.

Unfortunately, Sara just beats your lass (had to run a conversion on lbs to kg!) but your lass is awesome.

PS If I were going to binge, Weetabix wouldn't be my choice of food!!

    Pretty close though 326 v 318 Wilks.

Also not to take anything away from Sara, as her lifts are awesome, but competition lifts are a different beast, so not really a true comparison.

Thanks Dan. LLL's wilks is 318? I've never checked it.

Goals is 300kg total in 60kg class hopefully by the end of the year. 275kg total at the moment.

My goal was to stay at twice her total (lifting in the 82.5kg class) except she's improving too damn fast  (535kg total for me, sorry off topic got a weiner)

BTW it wasn't a binge it was a regular eating compallenge. My mate did 41! I'm a fair way off that.
